12/ 8 Troop Meeting –Delcarte Conservation Area 459 Pleasant Street Franklin 7:00 – 7:45 pm Meet at 7pm in the main parking lot and plan to be finished at around 7:45pm. The forecast is snow; the hikers should dress appropriately for winter (coat, knit hat, gloves, boots) and have a head lamp for hiking in the dark. Mr. Apicella and I both have conflicts tomorrow evening and cannot attend the meeting.
Mr. Klawson will tentatively be there to lead the meeting, but if we could have a couple other parents available to assist that would be helpful. The PLC may also be discussing Troop Elections with the scouts….what are the different positions of responsibility. If you are attending the trip to Boston on Saturday, please bring required paperwork to the meeting for Mrs. Baird.

Other Business
We need to complete updating our roster for the annual re-charter within the next two weeks.
1) If your Scout did not meet the minimum sales required for annual dues to be waived 100%, you will be getting an email from Julie Baird with the amount that is owed for 2022 (if you sold less than the minimum you will still have a prorated amount credited to your Scout). Please send payment to the Troop ASAP for 2022 dues.
2) If your Scout is currently registered with the troop (they are on the 2021 Roster and were “active” at some point in 2021) and will NOT be continuing with Scouts in January, please communicate this to Tim O’Toole ASAP.
