2/8 Eagle Project: Join Andrew Hartnett in renovating a room at the Wrentham State Development Center – priming and painting the walls and door frames, donating plants and curtains, and painting a small mural. This is a great way to receive community service hours for school and for rank advancement. Please bring any painting supplies you have (except paint)

2/8 Skating Merit Badge & Troop Skate: This Saturday Bob Latshaw is offering the skating merit badge and welcomes the troop to skate on his home skating rink. Parents must accompany their scout. Bob’s address is 19 Baron Road. Franklin. Please RSVP to boblatshaw@yahoo.com The schedule is as follows:
- 2:00 to 3:00 Skating Merit Badge
- 3:00 to 4:00 Troop Skate
All scouts with some skating experience should give this merit badge a try. Bob has some loaner skates that would fit shoe sizes 9-11. If you don’t have skates then try to borrow some from a friend. Bring your hockey stick if you have one.

The cost includes Fri/Sat lodging, breakfast/dinner Sat and bkfast Sunday, Sat lift ticket.
- If you are bringing your own equipment: $55 (ages 12 and under) – $65 (over 12)

4/24 Smith & Wesson Tour: Jean Roche would like to take a group to the plant on Thursday April 24th for any scout 12yrs and older (age restriction defined by the plant). There is no cost for the tour and the tour would be either 9 or 10am – departure would be early in the morning. Please let Jean know quickly if your scout is interested in attending and if you could help drive so that the date can be firmed up with the plant. jean.roche@comcast.net
